Elite Computers Inc. (“Elite Computers,” “Elite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website, contact us, submit a privacy request, or otherwise interact with Elite Computers.

This policy applies to the Elite Computers website and related online interactions. Information processed by Elite Computers on behalf of customers through separately contracted services may be subject to separate agreements and policies.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information you voluntarily provide, including your name, company or organization, email address, telephone number, requested service area, information included in an inquiry or communication, information submitted with an access, deletion, or correction request, and other information you choose to provide.

Our general website contact form currently prepares a message for transmission through your email application. Privacy request forms for access, deletion, and correction are submitted to a restricted privacy administration system so authorized Elite administrators can review, verify, document, and resolve those requests.

Please do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, financial account information, medical information, authentication credentials, or other highly sensitive personal information through website forms.

2. Information Processed Automatically

When you access our website, technical information may be processed as part of operating, securing, and delivering the site. This can include IP address, browser and device information, operating system, requested page or route, request date and time, network information, and other technical information ordinarily associated with website requests and infrastructure logs.

3. Website Performance Monitoring

We use Vercel Speed Insights to understand and improve website performance and reliability. Performance information may include Web performance measurements, page or route information, browser and device type, operating system, approximate country, network performance characteristics, and measurement time. We use this information to identify performance issues and improve the visitor experience.

4. How We Use Information

We may use information to respond to inquiries; communicate with prospective and existing customers; provide requested information and services; receive, verify, process, and document privacy requests; evaluate technology needs; operate, secure, maintain, and improve our website; monitor reliability and performance; detect security threats, fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity; maintain appropriate business records; comply with legal obligations; and establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

5. How We Share Information

Elite Computers does not currently sell personal information collected through this website and does not currently use website personal information for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising.

Information may be disclosed where reasonably necessary to service providers supporting our business or website, professional advisers, government authorities when legally required, or where necessary to protect our organization, customers, systems, employees, or property, investigate unlawful activity, or complete an applicable corporate transaction.

6. Website Hosting, Privacy Administration, and Service Providers

Our website is hosted and delivered using services provided by Vercel Inc. As part of providing hosting, infrastructure, security, and performance services, Vercel may process technical information associated with website requests.

We use Microsoft Azure to support the restricted privacy administration system used to receive and manage website privacy requests. Administrative authentication is provided by Microsoft Entra ID, records are stored in Azure Database for PostgreSQL, and approved website images may be stored in Azure Blob Storage. Administrative access is restricted and protected with authenticated accounts, multi-factor authentication, application roles, and database access controls.

These service providers maintain their own privacy and security practices for information they process through their services.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

At this time, the Elite Computers website does not intentionally use advertising cookies, behavioral advertising pixels, or third-party marketing trackers. We do not currently use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, cross-site advertising trackers, or behavioral remarketing technology.

Essential technologies may be used where necessary for website operation, infrastructure, security, authentication, or performance. If we introduce technologies that materially change these practices, we will update this policy and provide applicable notice or controls where appropriate.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for legitimate business, contractual, security, accounting, tax, insurance, dispute-resolution, or legal requirements. Retention periods vary according to the information and its purpose. We may retain a limited record showing that a privacy request was received and resolved even when eligible underlying information is deleted. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we seek to appropriately delete, destroy, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it.

9. Information Security

Elite Computers uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Restricted privacy administration uses authenticated administrator accounts, multi-factor authentication, and access controls. No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Visitors should not transmit sensitive credentials or highly confidential information through ordinary website forms or email unless a secure method has specifically been provided.

10. Your Privacy Choices and Requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal information we maintain about you. These may include requests for access, correction, deletion, information about our use or disclosure of information, and other rights provided by applicable law.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. Information may be exempt from deletion or disclosure where retention is necessary or permitted for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, contractual obligations, dispute resolution, or other lawful purposes.

Elite Computers does not currently sell or share website visitor personal information for targeted advertising, so there is presently no such website activity to opt out of.

11. Submitting a Privacy Request

You may use our Data Access, Data Deletion, or Data Correction forms to submit a request directly to our restricted privacy administration system. Authorized administrators can document verification, systems reviewed, processing notes, applicable retention exceptions, status changes, and completion of the request.

A dedicated privacy mailbox is planned and may later be added as an additional privacy request and communication channel. Until that mailbox is activated, privacy-related inquiries may also be directed to info@elite-computers.net or 937-684-9819.

Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, financial information, or other unnecessary sensitive information as part of an initial request. We may verify identity before disclosing, correcting, or deleting information.

12. Children’s Privacy

Our website is intended for businesses, organizations, public-sector entities, and adults seeking technology services. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website for marketing purposes.

13. Third-Party Websites

Our website may link to external websites or services we do not operate. Elite Computers is not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or practices of third-party websites.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our website, technologies, service providers, business practices, or legal and regulatory requirements. We will update the Last Updated date when changes are made and may provide additional notice for material changes where appropriate.
