Our History
2013-2015
Elite began as a single man operation with Doug Ruedisueli providing IT support for small group of clients in the Dayton area. Highly specialized support led to an increased client base paving the way for future business relationships.
2015-2018
Growing to 2 team members supporting local governments with larger networks and increasingly complex issues to solve. Quickly becoming a key part of day to day operations for many businesses in the Dayton and surrounding areas.
2018-2020
An additional team member joins elite to add additional services for clients to continue to provide exceptionally high quality services including Security, Access control as well as A/V solutions to their MSP stack.
2020 - Present
The service team at Elite today has 5 strong members with various backgrounds covering a wide range of specialties. A new headquarters was opened establishing an improved work flow to better help clients continue to receive quality support. Our service stack has matured as well with new threats that have emerged since the companies inception in 2013.
